Sydney Novak serves as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at The Vandenberg Coalition. She previously worked as a research analyst where she helped advise a private network of business leaders and as the Marketing & Development Associate at the Alexander Hamilton Society. She is currently the chapter treasurer of the Philos Project’s Washington, D.C. chapter as well as an alumna of the Fund For American Studies’ Public Policy Fellowship, the Philos Project’s Philos Leadership Institute, and the Hertog Foundation’s advanced seminars on “Thucydides & the Peloponnesian War” and “Civility and Public Discourse.”

She graduated from Miami University in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in diplomacy and global politics and a triple minor in Middle East and Islamic studies, European area studies, and French.
