Emma Niland serves as The Vandenberg Coalition’s Emerging Leaders Manager. She is a double alumna from James Madison University, her studies focused on political science, U.S. defense policy, and transatlantic relations, and she completed her graduate study in Florence, Italy. She has experience in communications, event programming, and public outreach supporting policy-focused organizations and initiatives. As the founding president of JMU’s Alexander Hamilton Society chapter, she organized and hosted discussions with leading foreign policy and national security experts and was selected as a Ronald Reagan National Defense Fellow. She is from Virginia Beach, Virginia.
