The Vandenberg Coalition worked with J.L. Partners to survey 1,400 likely voters—including an oversampling of 400 undecided voters—in swing states following the second presidential debate from September 13–26. Our poll measured voters’ views of how former President Trump and Vice President Harris would handle foreign policy challenges if elected as well as voters’ views on America’s role in the world, military support for Ukraine and Israel, and threats posed by China, Russia, and Iran.
