Sydney Novak serves as the Chief of Staff at The Vandenberg Coalition. She previously worked as a research analyst where she helped advise a private network of business leaders and at the Alexander Hamilton Society. She an alumna of the Fund for American Studies’ Public Policy Fellowship, the Philos Project’s Philos Leadership Institute, the Public Interest Fellowship, and several Hertog Foundation seminars.

She graduated from Miami University with a Bachelor of Arts in diplomacy and global politics and a triple minor in Middle East and Islamic studies, European area studies, and French.
